
Gina Hong

Bio
Gina Hong is a Junior Associate Attorney with the Vethan law firm and is a native Houstonian. She is a graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston. During her Law School career, she was a member of Phi Delta Phi, the International Legal Honor Society, and the American Pacific American Law Association. Prior to law school, she attended the University of Houston and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and a minor in Biology, and Organizational Leadership and Supervision.
While in law school, she worked as a Law Clerk at a Mid-Size Oil and Gas Law Firm. Where she co-authored articles that were published in the Houston Association of Professional Landmen. She also was a part of the Trademark and Patent Clinics, where she helped low-income business owners obtain trademarks for their businesses and patents for their inventions. Providing her experience in helping her clients apply for trademarks and copyrights.
At the firm, Gina works on a variety of corporate transactional matters, including creating company agreements, reviewing company contracts, formation of an entity, and intellectual property matters, including filing trademarks and copyrights. She is also involved in some commercial litigation matters. With her many family members owning their own businesses, Gina knows how to cater to her clients’ needs and advocate for her clients.
